Lifetime National Membership Recognition, Networking, and Career Development

Delta Epsilon Iota offers its members lifetime recognition for the dedication, enthusiasm, and initiative demonstrated in their collegiate achievements. As membership continues to grow, the Society benefits from more career networking opportunities and better resources, thus helping members to stay on top and ahead of the changing job market.

Automatic Eligibility for Member Scholarships and Awards
Delta Epsilon Iota offers its members several scholarships through essay writing and contests, as well as several awards. The Delta Award, Epsilon Award, and Iota Award are given every year to students who promote and demonstrate the highest achievement of the Society's ideals of Dedication, Enthusiasm, and Initiative.

Personalized Membership Certificates and Customized Press Releases

Delta Epsilon Iota issues personalized certificates and customized press releases to each member upon joining the Society. The certificates are perfect for framing and a great representation of a member's academic endeavors and accomplishments. The customized press releases are provided for individual distribution and are great for publicly recognizing a member's achievements.

Formal Induction Ceremonies and New Member Receptions

Delta Epsilon Iota hosts a new member reception and awards ceremony for each chapter every year. This is one of our most exciting events as it typically includes a keynote speaker, formal induction of new members, presentation of scholarships and awards by a national representative, and special recognition for the accomplishments of the chapter leadership team.

Opportunities for Chapter Development, Leadership Roles, and Community Service

Local chapters are student-run and organized offering several leadership opportunities for active members. Chapter involvement also fosters an atmosphere of scholastic achievement and a sense of community among student members.

Access to Multi-Faceted Career Resources on Both a Local and National Level

Chapter members are encouraged to work directly with their career center and in doing so, benefit from an increased awareness of campus career services, leadership opportunities in designing and participating in career-oriented programs, and the positive experience of coordinating their academic achievements and career goals with community involvement. Creating a connection between chapter members and the career center also provides honor students with a direct link to prospective employers.
